Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods are unused and in resalable condition
  • All tags and labels are intact
  • No damage or signs of wear
Important: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
  • Custom orders that have been specifically created for you
  • Sale items or discounted products (unless defective)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return Process
  1. Contact us at contact@craftstorewithlove.online to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Package the item securely in original packaging if possible
  5. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
  6. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 days

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@craftstorewithlove.online.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@craftstorewithlove.online.

For exchanges of different items (different size, color, etc.), you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item if possible

We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement item or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost, and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item sent, etc.).
